Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with the artwork you purchase from Pepperell.art and we are confident in the quality of our production processes and the services provided by our fulfilment partners. But we also recognise that from time-to-time things may go wrong.

If your order arrives and is damaged or defective due to inadequate packaging, a production error, or courier mishandling, or if you receive an incorrect work, size, or quantity of works, then please notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 3 working days from the date of receipt, and describe the damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete works. Once we have verified the issue (which may mean we need to contact you back) we will arrange for replacements to be delivered to you at no extra charge. For security reasons we cannot open files or attachments sent by email. 

To notify us of an issue with your order, please email info@pepperell.art. Due to the personalised nature of the production process, we cannot accept returns of prints.

If an order fails to arrive by the estimated delivery date, then please notify us at info@pepperell.art. Once we have established that the fault is with the supplier or courier of the goods, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you at no extra charge or provide a refund.

Note that we cannot accept claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products following 30 days from the delivery date.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we would like you to let us know and we will do our best to rectify the issue. Please notify us by email at info@pepperell.art.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for a printed poster after it has been placed we are happy to do this as long as you let us know within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time the production and shipping process may have begun and we will be unable to prevent it shipping to you. If we cannot respond to you immediately due to time zone differences please email us at info@pepperell.art explaining the circumstances of the cancellation and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
