Shipping policy

 

Shipping charges depend on the quantity of items ordered and the shipping location. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically and applied at checkout. 

We use trusted courier services to deliver your order to your location. All shipping fees for printed works, including framed works, are included in the prices quoted on the product pages for individual items. We will do our best to estimate delivery times based on a range of factors that can affect them, including the size and weight of the package, the delivery location, holiday periods, and production capacity at the time the order is placed. As an indication, standard/economy shipping in the USA will be on average 2-8 days.

Please note that orders placed in China, Japan, and South Korea must add shipping addresses in the local language. For customers in Brazil some additional information may be required to satisfy local tax regulations. Delivery to PO Boxes is only possible in the USA.

Items are professionally packaged and couriered to ensure you receive you order promptly and in good condition.

Please note that in some cases customs fees may be charged by local authorities if orders must be shipped across country borders. You are responsible for paying these customs fees within your own country and we cannot be held liable for those fees, or for the delivery delays that may result from failure to pay the fees.

To ensure that you received your order one time we rely on you to provide an accurate delivery address and to be able to take delivery when it is attempted. Please provide all the information requested in the address form, including a contact phone number and country code where necessary.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the courier is unable to make the delivery, then the order will be returned to the sender (which may not be us) and disposed of.  If you reject the delivery, then the order will be returned to the sender (which may not be us) and disposed of. If the order is unclaimed then it will be returned to the sender (which may not be us) and disposed of.
